1. Enterprise CRO Strategy Leadership

Develop and implement full-funnel CRO strategies across:

  • Product pages
  • Category pages
  • Checkout flows
  • Mobile journeys
  • Campaign landing pages
  • Focus on revenue growth, AOV uplift, and conversion acceleration.


2. UI/UX Department Leadership

Lead the UI/UX team to:

  • Design conversion-focused user journeys
  • Improve usability, clarity, and trust signals
  • Balance aesthetics with performance
  • Standardize design systems across clients
  • Ensure UX decisions are backed by behavioral data.


3. Customer Journey Architecture

Map and optimize:

Awareness Consideration Purchase
  • Retention journeys
  • Omnichannel experience flows
  • Cross-device continuity
  • Eliminate friction points in high-value retail journeys.


4. Experimentation & Testing Program Ownership

Build and scale an experimentation framework:

  • Hypothesis-driven testing roadmap
  • A/B & multivariate testing

5. Retail & Category Intelligence

Deep understanding of:

  • Electronics, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, etc.
  • Category-specific buyer psychology

  • Apply retail context to optimization decisions.


6. Ecommerce Platform Expertise

Hands-on experience optimizing:

  • Magento / Adobe Commerce

7. Web & Product Analytics Leadership

Own analytics ecosystem including:

  • GA4
  • Adobe Analytics

8. Martech Ecosystem Architecture

Oversee integration of:

  • CDPs

9. Personalization & Segmentation Strategy

Develop personalization frameworks:

Collaborate with development teams to:
