Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records in CRM systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer support software.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
