Job Title: US Functional Consultant (Remote – Night Shift)

Location: Nagpur Region (Remote)
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Job Overview:

We are hiring a US Functional Consultant to support business operations and client interactions. This role focuses on understanding client requirements, providing functional support, and ensuring smooth communication with US-based stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with US clients to understand business requirements
• Provide functional support and assist in issue resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain clear documentation of client requirements and updates
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: B.Tech / BCA / BBA / Any Graduate
• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)
• Prior call center / customer support experience is a plus
• Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
• Comfortable working in US night shift

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Basic business understanding and analytical thinking
• Client handling and coordination skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• Basic computer and documentation skills

Additional Information:

• Candidates already working in night shifts preferred
• Fully remote opportunity

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
