The Role: The Operational Enforcer

We are seeking a high-octane, process-driven Manager – Operations (India) to lead the day-to-day execution across all 7Padel venues. Reporting directly to the Head of 7Padel India, you will be the ultimate backbone of our ground reality. Your objective is simple: ensure flawless player experiences, build an airtight staffing infrastructure, and maintain absolute, zero-compromise SOP compliance across the board.

You aren't a bystander; you are the manager who transforms strategic operational blueprints into perfect, daily courtside execution.

The Game Plan: Your Operational Mandate

• Elite Venue Management: Oversee the daily functioning of all COCO and FOCO venues. You make sure every single site is impeccably "guest-ready" at all times.
• On-Ground Leadership: Directly manage, mentor, and lead our Regional Managers (RMs) and Venue Managers (VMs). You will own the hiring, onboarding, training, and performance metrics of our ground staff.
• Zero-Gap Staffing Systems: Design and execute a robust, foolproof roster system across all centers. You will guarantee 100% venue coverage, building a self-sustaining ground team that completely eliminates the need for senior leadership to step in for staff week-offs.
• SOP Enforcement: Take the operational, maintenance, and audit protocols developed by leadership and embed them into our daily habits. You are the official guardian and "Enforcer" of the elite 7Padel Standard.
• Tight Expense Management: Keep a hawk-like watch on site-level Opex, electricity, and utility costs. You will optimize center budgets, ensuring lean and efficient operations without ever dipping below our premium brand quality.
• Premium Customer Experience: Act as the ultimate escalation and resolution point for customer feedback, ensuring 7Padel firmly protects its reputation as a premier sports and lifestyle destination.

Who We’re Looking For: The Execution General

• The Process Champion: You have 5+ years of experience leading high-performing, multi-site operations within premium hospitality, luxury retail, or top-tier fitness spaces (e.g., Cult.fit, premium club chains).
• The High-Energy Leader: You thrive in fast-paced environments. You don't just sit behind a laptop—you love the hustle of ground execution and building high-performance service teams.
• The Roster Ninja: You have a proven track record of managing shift dynamics and labor forecasting, ensuring complex venue networks run like clockwork.
• The Budget Controller: You are financially sharp, understanding how to manage utilities and site expenses to protect corporate margins.
• The Problem Solver: You handle customer queries and escalations with absolute poise, empathy, and speed, turning any issue into a customer win.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
