Customer Care Executive (Work From Home)

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Malayalam
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Responsibilities:
* Attend helpline calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
* Assist customers via chat, ensuring queries are resolved effectively.
* Provide solutions and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain professionalism and empathy while communicating with customers.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
* Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
* Ability to manage time and multitask efficiently.
