We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team at Kanha Shanti Vanam, Hyderabad, and manage customer communication and coordination throughout various stages of construction projects.

Job Summary

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing timely project updates, coordinating with internal teams, and following up on payments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a basic understanding of construction/project activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Communicate with customers regarding project progress and provide timely updates.

2. Keep customers informed about various stages and milestones of the project.

3. Coordinate with project, engineering, accounts, and other internal teams to ensure accurate information is shared with customers.

4. Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and maintain proper payment records.

5. Address customer queries and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.

6. Maintain regular communication and build positive, professional relationships with customers.

7. Track customer interactions, commitments, payments, and project-related updates.

8. Prepare basic reports and maintain CRM/customer records.

9. Escalate customer concerns or project-related issues to the appropriate team.

10. Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, Sales Coordination, Project Coordination, or a similar role is preferred.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Basic knowledge of construction, civil works, or project activities is preferred.

4. Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

5. Good follow-up and coordination abilities.

6. Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

7. Ability to maintain records and prepare basic reports.

8. Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

9. Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with multiple teams.

10. Candidates who have experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or project-based organizations will be preferred.
