Sweet Karam Coffee was born in 2015 which is India’s first online traditional food store. It is an Indian clean label food brand offering authentic South Indian delicacies with clean ingredients not using palm oil, preservatives or any artificial ingredients.

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and queries received via email, chat, and WhatsApp.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide clear, detailed information to customers.
  • Analyze customer feedback and work with the team to improve customer service strategies.
  • Assist in creating written resources for customer self-service and support.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently.
  • Document and track all customer interactions and follow up on queries to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy of customer data.


  • Any degree with 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong in written communication via multiple channels, including email, chat, and WhatsApp.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
