Today, we run 380 buses and log 22000 daily bookings. After having established a strong product-market fit and building a profitable business in Mumbai, we’ve expanded services to Hyderabad and Delhi where the commute problem is as urgent and exciting. Over the next 1 year, we plan to scale to 500 buses and 50,000 daily bookings across all cities.

Role Overview:
As an Associate - Customer Support at Cityflo, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist in addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities:
● Respond to customer queries via chat, calls, and email
● Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and processes ● Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
● Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
● Maintain records of interactions and update the internal database
● Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary
● Support in documenting FAQs and best practices

Requirements:
● Good communication skills (English and Hindi/Marathi preferred)
● Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
● A problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
● Patience and the ability to handle pressure calmly
