Full job description
As part of the Job, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests through live chat. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive interaction experience.
Responsibilities:
· Login on time.
· Quick & Appropriate response to the chats.
· Take steps in fulfilling customers requirements on chats.
· Escalate the customers query to the manager if required.
· Ensure customer has a good experience with us.
· Shift handover details to be provided to the next login.
Qualifications
student perusing correspondence education /parttime (minimum +2) Have time to do rotational shifts.
Homemakers- Already doing a homebased Job without any timebound (or the work that needs less immediate attention or can wait) willing to do rotational shift (min 30+ age). Have time to do rotational shifts. Looking for a side Hussle job.
Has a Work desk with working laptop and a WIFI connection that has the capacity to stream YouTube without interruption, with Mobile Data for backup. And WhatsApp installed on laptop.
Good with browsing internet and has good experience in online shopping websites.
Basic English Understanding, Speaking & Typing speed.
Shifts:
8am to 4pm
4pm to 12am
12am to 8am
Pay:
Basic salary starts with 5000/- per month if you are working for 3 days a week & 8hrs a day. There are chances that you may work for more than 3 days a week and depending on the days you work, you have an opportunity to earn up to 12000/- a month.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
