Role Overview

We are looking for a highly disciplined and hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, timely dispatches, manpower management, and smooth day-to-day warehouse functioning.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in e-commerce, FMCG, retail, distribution, or 3PL warehouse operations and must be comfortable managing warehouse staff on the ground while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.

• Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation activities.

• Monitor daily inward and outward operations and ensure timely order processing and dispatch.

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, assign responsibilities, monitor productivity, and maintain discipline.

• Coordinate with courier partners, transporters, and logistics service providers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

• Implement warehouse processes and SOPs to improve operational efficiency and minimize errors.

• Maintain proper warehouse organization, space utilization, housekeeping, and safety standards.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Track warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, order fulfilment rate, dispatch TAT, productivity, and stock variance.

• Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Support peak sale periods by ensuring manpower planning and operational readiness.

• Train warehouse staff on operational procedures and quality standards.

Preferred Experience

• E-commerce warehouse operations

• Amazon, Flipkart, or marketplace fulfilment environments

• FMCG or retail warehouse management

• Third-party logistics (3PL) operations

• Inventory control and stock reconciliation

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 4–8 years of hands-on warehouse management experience.

• Experience managing warehouse teams of at least 8–15 personnel.

• Strong understanding of inventory management, cycle counting, stock audits, GRN processes, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.

• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and execution skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Fluency in spoken Kannada and English is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates from Amazon, Flipkart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, XpressBees, Shadowfax, Blue Dart, DHL, FMCG distributors, retail warehouses, or large fulfilment centers will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
