Job Description – Milk Plant Production Manager

Company: Narmada Amrit Food Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh
Experience: 8–10 Years in the Dairy Industry (Milk Production)
CTC: Up to ₹6 to 7 LPA

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily milk processing and production operations.
• Ensure production targets, product quality, and process efficiency.
• Monitor milk reception, chilling, pasteurization, homogenization, and standardization.
• Supervise production teams and ensure proper shift management.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Procurement, and Dispatch teams.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI standards, food safety, hygiene, and GMP requirements.
• Monitor production losses, yield, material consumption, and operational costs.
• Maintain production reports, batch records, and process documentation.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of dairy processing and milk production operations.
• Hands-on experience with pasteurizers, homogenizers, milk chilling systems, and CIP systems.
• Knowledge of HTST pasteurization, milk standardization, and process controls.
• Understanding of dairy plant equipment, production planning, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FSSAI, and food safety practices.
• Experience in production MIS, yield analysis, and process improvement.

Candidate Requirements

• B.Tech / B.Sc. in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or a relevant field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in dairy production, preferably in a milk processing plant.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
