Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst with 0-2 years of experience in SQL, Excel, Advanced Excel, Access, VBA, Python and Gen AI. The candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise on SQL, performance tuning, and data integration, along with a solid understanding of analytical and hierarchical queries. This role requires hands-on experience in complex SQL development and a proactive approach to defect analysis and testing.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, Reporting, or a related field.

Internship or project experience in data analytics is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, Macros, and Power Query.

Working knowledge of MS Access and database concepts.

Experience with VBA for process automation.

Proficiency in Python for data analysis and reporting.
