Job Summary

Ylala Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining transport-related records and ensuring data accuracy in the company’s systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter transport, vehicle, driver, and shipment data accurately into company software and Excel.
  • Maintain daily trip records, invoices, PODs (Proof of Delivery), e-way bills, and other logistics documents.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with the Operations, Accounts, and Dispatch teams for data updates.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital records.
  • Handle basic documentation, filing, and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company data.

Requirements

  • Graduate or 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Entry, Logistics, or Office Administration.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
  • Good typing speed with high accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Knowledge of transport documentation such as invoices, e-way bills, LR (Lorry Receipt), and POD.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
