  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding Gujarati is mandatory, as survey data and property records are primarily in Gujarati.
  • Strong computer knowledge is mandatory, including MS Excel, MS Word, email, and web-based applications.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, report preparation, and data reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
  • Experience in data verification, quality assurance, or back-office operations is preferred.
  • Not mendatory: Knowledge of GIS concepts, digital maps, ArcGIS, QGIS, or other GIS software will be an added advantage.
