Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Data Science Trainer who can deliver high-quality classroom training and mentor students to become industry-ready professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical way.

Key ResponsibilitiesClassroom Training

• Deliver engaging offline classroom sessions.
• Teach concepts from beginner to advanced level.
• Create an interactive and practical learning environment.
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions regularly.

Technical Training

Train students in:

• Python Programming
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Data Structures & Algorithms (Basic)
• SQL and Database Management
• Statistics and Probability
• NumPy
• Pandas
• Matplotlib
• Seaborn
• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
• Feature Engineering
• Data Cleaning & Data Preprocessing
• Machine Learning Algorithms
• Model Evaluation
• Hyperparameter Tuning
• Scikit-learn
• Deep Learning Basics
• TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Natural Language Processing (Basic)
• Generative AI Fundamentals
• Prompt Engineering
• Power BI or Tableau
• Git & GitHub
• Deployment using Streamlit or Flask

Student Mentorship

• Guide students on capstone projects.
• Conduct coding practice sessions.
• Help students build strong portfolios.
• Conduct mock interviews.
• Assist in resume preparation.
• Track student performance and progress.

Course Development

• Prepare lecture notes and presentations.
• Create assignments and quizzes.
• Develop practice questions.
• Update course content based on industry trends.

Placement Support

• Train students for technical interviews.
• Conduct aptitude and coding sessions.
• Guide students in LinkedIn profile optimization.
• Help students with internship and placement preparation.

Required Skills

• Strong command over Python.
• Excellent understanding of Data Science concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Strong Statistics & Mathematics fundamentals.
• Experience in Data Visualization.
• Knowledge of Deep Learning concepts.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for beginners.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience in NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Knowledge of LangChain, RAG, AI Agents, or Generative AI.
• Experience deploying ML models.
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.

Eligibility

• B.Tech / BE / MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc (Computer Science, IT, Data Science, AI, Statistics, or related field).
• 1–5 years of teaching or industry experience preferred.
• Freshers with exceptional practical skills and strong project portfolios are encouraged to apply.
