Location: Gurgaon

To ensure smooth shift operations while maintaining the organization’s quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Shift In-Charge to oversee day-to-day shift activities, supervise staff, and ensure operational efficiency. The Shift In-Charge will coordinate workforce activities, monitor dispatches and inventory, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure timely completion of operational tasks.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and coordinate shift operations to ensure smooth workflow.

· Assign duties and monitor staff performance during the shift.

· Ensure operational activities are completed within timelines and as per company standards.

· Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.

· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment for uninterrupted operations.

· Track dispatches and ensure timely movement of goods/services during the shift.

· Handle operational issues and resolve workplace conflicts promptly.

· Prepare and maintain daily shift reports and operational records.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams for efficient shift management.

· Ensure discipline, attendance, and productivity of shift staff.

Requirements

· 3+ years of experience in operations, production, warehouse, logistics, or a similar role.

· Experience in supervising teams during shift operations.

· Strong leadership and team-handling skills.

· Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

· Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

· Basic knowledge of safety and operational compliance standards.

Preferred Skills
