Government PSU & Government Panel Society Camp Experience Coordinator

Location: Head Office, Azadpur, Delhi NCR
Work Mode: On-site
Regular travel within Delhi NCR and nearby locations is required for government camps, society meetings, and site visits.

KRM Ayurveda Ltd is one of India's leading Ayurvedic healthcare organizations, dedicated to delivering quality Ayurvedic treatment through hospitals, wellness centers, and community healthcare initiatives. We regularly organize health awareness programs, government panel camps, and community outreach activities to expand access to Ayurvedic healthcare.
The Government PSU & Government Panel Society Camp Experience Coordinator will play a key role in planning and executing government and society-based medical camps while building long-term relationships with government organizations and residential societies.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute health camps for Government PSUs, Government Panel Societies, RWAs, and community organizations.
- Conduct site visits to assess camp feasibility and coordinate venue arrangements.
- Obtain permissions from society presidents, secretaries, welfare associations, and relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with government departments, PSU officials, and society representatives for successful event execution.
- Manage camp logistics, vendor coordination, manpower deployment, and material availability.
- Ensure all camp activities comply with organizational policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain complete documentation, permission records, attendance reports, photographs, and post-camp reports.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with government officials, PSU representatives, and society leadership to generate recurring camp opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in coordinating Government PSU camps, Government Panel camps, healthcare outreach programs, or similar field operations.
- Proven experience obtaining permissions from Residential Welfare Associations (RWAs), society management committees, government offices, or PSU authorities.
- Experience in coordinating multi-location camps and managing field teams.
- Familiarity with documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements related to government or institutional programs.

- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good negotiation and permission coordination skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
