Full job description

Job Title: Security Guard

Organization: Venu Eye Hospital

Location: New Delhi

Salary: ₹20,371/-

Education Required: 12th Pass or Above

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years of Security Guard Experience

Duty Timing:

  • Rotational Shifts
  • Shift starts from 6:00 AM
  • 8-hour duty as per duty roster

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and secure hospital premises.
  • Manage entry and exit of visitors, staff, and vendors.
  • Maintain visitor records and security registers.
  • Patrol hospital premises regularly.
  • Ensure safety of patients, staff, visitors, and hospital assets.
  • Assist patients and visitors with directions when required.
  • Report any security concerns, incidents, or emergencies immediately.
  • Maintain discipline and a professional environment within the hospital.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th Pass.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Security Guard.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
  • Physically fit, alert, and disciplined.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Honest, responsible, and customer-friendly attitude.
