Position: Cinema Staff
Locations: Cine Square Cinema, Kalani Nagar, Airport Road, Indore- Madhya Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time

• Box Office (Ticket Sales)
• Café / Food & Beverage
• Usher (Guest Seating & Auditorium Assistance)
• S.O.S. (Service on Seat)

Key Responsibilities1. Box Office (Ticket Sales)

• Sell movie tickets accurately using the ticketing system.
• Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment methods.
• Assist guests with movie timings, seat selection, and booking queries.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and balance cash at the end of the shift.

2. Café / Food & Beverage

• Prepare and serve food, beverages, popcorn, and other refreshments.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
• Operate the POS billing system.
• Keep counters clean and well-stocked throughout the shift.

3. Usher (Guest Seating)

• Welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
• Check and guide guests to their respective screens and seats.
• Assist guests with seating arrangements and answer basic queries.
• Maintain cleanliness and order inside auditoriums before and after shows.

4. S.O.S. (Service on Seat)

• Deliver food and beverages directly to guest seats.
• Ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Provide prompt assistance during the movie.
• Coordinate with the café team to ensure excellent guest service.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass (Graduates are also welcome).
• Freshers can apply.
• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is an added advantage).
• Customer-friendly attitude with good grooming.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary

• ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on performance, experience, and location.)
