We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an E-commerce Non-Voice Process at our New Town, Kolkata location. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates looking to start their careers in customer service.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries through written communication channels, resolving order-related issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through non-voice channels such as chat, email, or other written communication platforms.
• Resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and services.
• Provide accurate, clear, and timely responses to customer queries.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures while assisting customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective query resolution.
• Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.

Skills and Requirements

• Good written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to understand and resolve customer queries effectively.
