MDS Doctor (3+ Years Experience): Diagnose and treat patients, prepare treatment plans, perform specialty procedures, maintain clinical records, guide junior doctors, and ensure quality patient care.

BDS Doctor (5+ Years Experience): Conduct consultations, perform general dental procedures, assist in treatment planning, maintain patient records, and ensure excellent patient communication and follow-up.

CLINIC HEAD DUTIES

Organize and manage overall clinic operations.

Coordinate with doctors, dental assistants, receptionists, and other staff.

Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic.

Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.

Update and maintain Google Sheets regularly.

Update and monitor material/inventory sheets.

Ensure adequate stock of clinic materials and supplies.

Handle patient concerns and escalations.

Monitor appointments and treatment follow-ups.

Ensure clinic cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance.

Assign and track staff responsibilities.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Communicate operational updates to management.

Ensure clinic SOPs and protocols are followed.

Conduct regular team coordination meetings.
