Job Summary:

The Dental Eligibility Verification Executive is responsible for verifying patients’ dental insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility before treatment. This role ensures accurate information is obtained from insurance providers to support smooth billing and claim processing.

• Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits through calls or online portals

• Check patient coverage details such as:

• Policy status (active/inactive)

• Coverage limits

• Deductibles and co-pays

• Waiting periods

• Communicate with insurance companies for accurate verification

• Update and maintain patient records in the system

• Coordinate with billing and AR teams for claim processing

• Handle denied or incomplete eligibility cases

• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards
