Business Development Associate (Male/Female)
At IESC Edutech (India) Pvt. Currently, we're seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team.
Objective & Kay Responsibilities –
· Develop, execute and oversee a business strategy.
· Identify & recruit good shoppes.
· Develop Shopees & maintain relationship.
· Promote the company’s products & services to prospective customers.
· Generate Leads of prospective customers.
· Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met.
· Implement a robust sales approach that not only expands our customers base but also strengthens existing relationships.
· You'll also provide guidance and training to our sales professionals & Shoppes to enhance their performance.
· Maintain positive professional relationships with shoppes & customers.
· Collaborate with multiple departments to develop and execute strategies that drive tangible outcomes for our business.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
