Job Description: Microbiologist for Brewery Company

Position: Microbiologist

Location: West Bengal

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Educational Qualification: MSc in Microbiology

Relocation: Ready to relocate to West Bengal

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.
• Monitor fermentation processes and ensure optimal yeast health and performance.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product safety and quality.
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve microbiological issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in microbiology related to brewing.

Qualifications:

• MSc in Microbiology or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a microbiology laboratory, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques and laboratory practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:

• Candidates must be willing to relocate to West Bengal.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
