Qualification & ExperienceDegree/Diploma in Interior Design, Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field.6–8 years of experience in technical design, joinery, retail fit-out, manufacturing, or related industries.Minimum 3 years of experience leading technical design teams.Strong understanding of joinery, metal works, fabrication processes, and production methodologies.Experience in luxury retail, shop-fitting, or fit-out projects is preferred.
