Primary Objective

To conceptualize, capture, and deliver high-quality visual content that aligns with the brand’s identity, campaign goals, and creative direction.

Key Responsibilities1. Pre-Shoot Planning & Coordination

• Understand the brand, campaign brief, and creative vision before every shoot.
• Scout locations or review suggested locations for optimal lighting and composition.
• Coordinate with the creative team, stylists, models, and clients for shoot planning.
• Prepare shot lists and storyboards (if required).
• Ensure all equipment is charged, functional, and ready before the shoot.

2. Photography Execution

• Capture high-quality photos based on the brief — including product shots, lifestyle, portraits, events, interiors, food, and BTS content.
• Experiment with creative angles, compositions, and lighting setups.
• Guide models/subjects for poses, expressions, and positioning.
• Maintain consistency with brand aesthetics.

3. Equipment Management

• Handle, maintain, and troubleshoot all photography gear (camera bodies, lenses, lighting, props).
• Keep backups of essential equipment for professional reliability.
• Suggest upgrades when required.

4. Post-Production & Editing

• Select and edit the best images using professional software (Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.).
• Deliver color-corrected, retouched, high-resolution, and web-ready photos.
• Maintain the brand’s color palette and editing style across all outputs.
• Ensure timely delivery of edited images as per deadlines.

5. Content Delivery & Archive Management

• Organize shoot data systematically in drive folders.
• Name and categorize files so the team can easily identify and use them.
• Maintain backups to prevent data loss.

6. Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with the creative team, managers, and clients to ensure expectations are understood.
• Attend meetings, discuss concepts, and share creative input.
• Provide suggestions to improve visual storytelling.

7. Professional Conduct

• Ensure punctuality and preparedness for all shoots.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during client interactions.
• Respect brand guidelines and confidentiality.

8. Performance Expectations

• Deliver high-quality photos consistently.
• Meet deadlines without follow-ups.
• Adapt to feedback and improve continuously.
• Take initiative to propose new ideas and creative concepts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,195.23 - ₹50,526.98 per month
