Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and cultivate strong professional relationships with architects, designers, builders, and key industry stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted representative of the brand.
  • Drive consistent networking efforts through regular stakeholder meetings, relationship building, and active market presence.
  • Conduct meaningful client interactions including meetings, presentations, and experience center visits with a focus on building long-term associations.
  • Take ownership of the complete relationship journey from introduction to project engagement and continued follow-up, ensuring professionalism and consistency at every stage.
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness by gradually converting relationships and market presence into business opportunities while respecting the long-cycle nature of the industry.
  • Represent the brand confidently at exhibitions, industry forums, and professional gatherings while maintaining a strong and consistent presence.
  • Maintain strong product and market understanding, disciplined follow-up practices, and proactive engagement with market movements and emerging projects to strengthen the company’s network and presence.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Management with specialization in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a relevant domain.
  • Candidates with 3+ years of experience in Business Development and Lead Generation activities are eligible to apply.
  • Strong networking abilities along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Candidates from relevant industries may apply; experience in the building materials industry will be considered an added advantage.
