Roles & Responsibilities:
- Label regulatory compliances as per the FSSAI guidelines Reviewing the legal compliance of the designs and changes made by design team Looking over the product specification, or process changes
- Scheduling of Internal & External audit Conducting internal audit as per the schedule & file reports Assisting external auditor during their visits & solve all queries Filling & preserving of audit
- Team Management- Activity guidance, and review the work of the team Record verification of the team training to subordinates. Providing resources to the team and looking their requirements
- To ensure maximum cost efficiency in the department without compromising Food Safety & hygiene norms, Coordinate for smooth operations & continuous improvement in GMP & GHP, Assist to Factory manager in developing and implementing of procedures to bring all manufacturing process in compliance with GMP and Food Safety
- Scheduling training sessions & giving on job- off job training to employees to create awareness about food safety, GMP, GHP and new concepts
- Change and development in SOP, format of records, Responsible for QA of all products, Maintain maximum efficiency in QA dept.
- Training to workmen /supervisors/related staff on quality parameter
- Ensuring quality of receiving RM and PM as per company specifications and testing of all the materials, in process inspection. Responsible for Food safety, security GHP / GMP - Daily hygiene & sanitation check. Maintain maximum efficiency in QA dept & Responsible for preservation of document
