We are looking for a Diagnostic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of diagnostic services in a hospital in Vijayawada. The role involves coordinating diagnostic activities, supporting quality and patient-care standards, managing staff and resources, and ensuring smooth workflow across the department.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in healthcare, diagnostics, hospital administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in diagnostic services or hospital operations.
• Knowledge of diagnostic department workflows and procedures.
• Strong team-management and coordination skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of diagnostic services.
• Coordinate with radiology, laboratory, clinical, and other relevant departments.
• Supervise diagnostic staff and manage departmental workflow.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of diagnostic services.
• Monitor equipment, supplies, and departmental resources.
• Maintain proper records and operational documentation.
• Support quality-control and patient-safety procedures.
• Address operational issues and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and applicable procedures.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
