About MyDocsy

MyDocsy is building India’s Trusted Advanced Care Network, helping patients navigate complex medical decisions and access the right doctor, procedure, hospital, equipment, cost and timing.

Our Care Coordinators are often among the first people a patient speaks to. Their role is to ensure that every patient receives a prompt, organized and reassuring experience from the first call through consultations, diagnostics, procedures and follow-ups.

Role Summary

The Care Coordinator is the execution backbone of the patient journey.

You will make the first call to patients, understand their immediate requirement, collect medical information and reports, schedule OPDs and teleconsultations with MyDocsy doctors and specialists, coordinate logistics and ensure that no patient or operational task falls through the cracks.

This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong communication, speed, ownership and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

1. First Patient Call & Initial Coordination

  • Call new patients promptly after receiving a lead or referral.
  • Understand the patient's primary health concern, location, preferred language and immediate requirement.
  • Collect basic medical history, reports, scans, prescriptions and other relevant documents.
  • Ensure all patient information is accurately recorded and shared with the appropriate clinical team.

2. Consultation Scheduling

Coordinate and schedule:

  • OPD consultations with L3 and L4 specialists.
  • Teleconsultations with L1, L2 or L3 doctors.
  • Free Second Opinions where applicable.
  • Follow-up consultations and multidisciplinary discussions.

3. Patient Follow-Up & Case Execution

  • Follow up with patients before and after consultations.
  • Ensure recommended next steps are completed.
  • Coordinate report collection, diagnostic tests, investigations, hospital appointments and procedure-related requirements.
  • Track pending actions until completion.
  • Prevent patients from being lost because of delayed follow-ups, missing documents or poor coordination.

4. Logistics & Documentation

Coordinate practical requirements such as:

  • Medical report collection.
  • Scan and test scheduling.
  • OPD appointments.
  • Teleconsult links and calls.
  • Hospital visits.
  • Admission-related coordination.
  • Insurance document collection.
  • Travel, stay or transport coordination where required.

5. Doctor & Internal Team Coordination

Work closely with:

  • Care Navigators.
  • L1/L2 doctors.
  • L3 specialists.
  • L4 consultants.
  • Hospitals and diagnostic centres.
  • Insurance and billing teams.
  • Supply-side and operations teams.

Ensure that the right information reaches the right person at the right time.

6. General Operations & Problem-Solving

This is also a high-ownership, "make things happen" role.

You may be required to:

  • Solve last-minute scheduling issues.
  • Coordinate urgent appointments.
  • Track down missing reports.
  • Follow up repeatedly with patients, doctors or centres.
  • Help resolve logistical bottlenecks.
  • Take ownership of miscellaneous operational tasks necessary to move a patient journey forward.

The expectation is simple: do not merely identify a problem—help get it solved.

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; additional regional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable speaking with patients and families on phone and WhatsApp.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple patients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, spreadsheets, CRM systems and basic digital tools.
  • Strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Calm, empathetic and professional behaviour with patients.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced healthcare startup environment.

Healthcare experience is helpful but not mandatory for exceptional candidates with strong communication, coordination and execution abilities.

Why Join MyDocsy?

You will work at the centre of a fast-growing, doctor-led healthcare network helping patients make better decisions in high-stakes medical situations.

For high performers, this role can evolve into larger responsibilities across patient navigation, healthcare operations, specialist coordination, procedure management, insurance operations and city-level care delivery.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Work from home
