Job Description – Jewellery Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Jewellery Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in jewellery retail sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer handling skills, strong product knowledge, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, and other precious jewellery.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of jewellery collections, gemstones, diamonds, and current market trends.
• Handle billing support, product inquiries, and after-sales service.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and stock is well maintained.
• Follow company policies regarding inventory, security, and customer service.
• Address customer concerns professionally and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in jewellery retail sales (Mandatory).
• Experience with reputed jewellery brands is preferred.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-centric approach.
• Good knowledge of gold, diamond, and precious jewellery.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
• Basic computer and billing system knowledge.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in leading jewellery brands such as Tanishq, CaratLane, Kalyan Jewellers, Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Joyalukkas, Senco Gold & Diamonds, BlueStone, PNG Jewellers, TBZ, PC Jeweller, Jos Alukkas, Bhima Jewellers, or other reputed jewellery retailers will be preferred.

Compensation

• Salary: As per experience and company standards.
• Performance-based incentives.
• Other benefits as per company policy.

Pay: ₹20,767.95 - ₹34,836.44 per month
