We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Expert to join our Ulubari showroom. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in jewellery retail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a warm, professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery products (gold, diamond, silver, fashion jewellery, etc.)
• Provide product knowledge, including designs, purity, pricing, and current offers
• Handle the complete sales process — from enquiry to billing and after-sales support
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and product display
• Coordinate with the inventory team for stock availability and new arrivals
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly
• Stay updated on market trends, new collections, and competitor offerings

Requirements

• Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in jewellery sales (mandatory)
• Strong product knowledge of jewellery (gold, diamond, and related categories preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-centric approach with the ability to close sales effectively
• Basic knowledge of billing systems / POS preferred
• Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends as per showroom requirements

Note:

• Work timings: 10 am – 8.30 pm everyday
• Weekly off can be availed between Tuesday to Friday only. No off on Saturday, Sunday & Monday

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
