Job Title: Content Creator (In-House Influencer)
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)- Sec-54

Complete onsite role.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Content Creator who will be the face of our brand across digital platforms. This role requires someone who is comfortable in front of the camera, understands social media trends, and can independently create engaging, high-performing content. The candidate will be solely responsible for ideating, shooting, and publishing content while building a strong brand presence online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary on-camera personality representing the brand across platforms.
  • Ideate, script, shoot, and edit engaging short-form and long-form content.
  • Manage and grow brand presence on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, reels formats, hooks, and viral concepts.
  • Plan and execute weekly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
  • Drive audience engagement through comments, DMs, and community interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign launches and brand initiatives.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategy accordingly.

Requirements

  • Strong on-camera presence and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in content creation, influencing, or personal branding preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with shooting (mobile/camera) and basic editing tools.
  • Understanding of social media algorithms and platform best practices.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to independently execute ideas.
  • Consistency, accountability, and ownership-driven attitude.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
