Social Media Specialist

We’re looking for a creative, trend-driven Social Media Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for building engaging content strategies, managing digital platforms, and ensuring our brand stays culturally relevant across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage content calendars aligned with ongoing social media trends
• Coordinate with designers to execute high-performing content
• Plan and execute product launch campaigns across digital platforms
• Manage influencer marketing collaborations and partnerships
• Handle UGC creator outreach, coordination, and deal management
• Ensure alignment of content and messaging across all digital platforms
• Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook pages
• Edit videos and transform raw content into engaging social media reels
• Ensure website content aligns with current digital campaigns and launches

Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media trends, culture, and platform algorithms
• Experience with short-form video editing for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Passion for branding, storytelling, and digital marketing
• Hustler mindset and ability to provide solutions to enhance marketing strategies
• Strong communication skills in English is essential

You’ll be working in a dynamic environment with a global company, so staying up to date with international trends, content formats, and digital culture is essential.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
