Marketing Executive (0–2 Years) – Freshers Welcome

Work Location: Thane, Maharashtra (In-Person)

Job Summary

HiPaaS is looking for a dynamic, creative, and proactive Marketing Executive to support business growth through lead generation, digital marketing, client communication, presentations, demos, and cross-functional team coordination.

Note: This is a Marketing role. Candidates with a Marketing, Business, Communications, or related background are preferred. This is not a Technical/IT Business Analyst role.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, lead generation, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Creative mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
• Professional, confident, and presentable personality.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage prospect lists using business development tools.
• Execute email marketing and outreach campaigns.
• Communicate with clients through emails, calls, and meetings.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Conduct product/service demonstrations and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Suggest innovative ideas for LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, webinars, podcasts, conferences, and other brand-building initiatives.
• Maintain lead generation reports, follow-ups, and business development activities.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience.
• Freshers with a strong interest in Marketing and Business Development are welcome to apply.
