ABOUT THE ROLE
MODERN SPAACES is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence, build brand awareness, and engage audiences through compelling content. The role will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating content strategies, driving community engagement, and enhancing the brand's online visibility.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Planning Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives. Create and manage monthly content calendars across social media platforms. Identify new opportunities, trends, and content formats to enhance audience engagement.
2. Content Creation & Management Plan and coordinate creation of reels, videos, posts, stories, and carousels. Develop engaging content around real estate projects, design trends, customer stories, and company culture. Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity.
3. Community Engagement Manage social media interactions, comments, messages, and customer queries. Build an active online community through engagement initiatives, contests, polls, and campaigns. Collaborate with customers, influencers, and partners to amplify brand reach.
4. Performance & Analytics Monitor platform performance and track key metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, and lead generation. Conduct competitor and industry trend analysis. Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
5. Collaboration Work closely with the design, sales, and project teams to create impactful content. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, influencers, and external agencies as required.
Job Location: HSR Layout
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
