Diploma Architecture jobs in Kerala

Marshalscale is a turnkey commercial interior fit-out company in Qatar.

Ideal candidate must have:

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a Draftsman in the commercial interior fit-out industry.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and as-built drawings for commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Develop detailed joinery, ceiling, partition, flooring, furniture, and interior fit-out drawings.
• Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, and Project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and project compliance.
• Review architectural and MEP drawings and identify discrepancies before preparing shop drawings.
• Revise drawings based on site conditions, consultant comments, and project requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and company drafting standards.
• Prepare material quantity take-offs from approved drawings whenever required.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and interior detailing standards.
• Experience working on Qatar/GCC commercial fit-out projects will be an added advantage.

Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
