Role Overview:
The Lecturer is responsible for delivering quality education, guiding students academically, and contributing to the overall academic development of the institution. The role includes teaching, mentoring students, preparing academic materials, and maintaining academic records as per institutional and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching & Academic Duties
• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical classes as per the prescribed syllabus.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and question papers.
• Conduct internal assessments, tests, and evaluate answer scripts.
• Ensure completion of syllabus within the scheduled academic calendar.
• Student Guidance
• Mentor and guide students for academic improvement.
• Support students in projects, seminars, and presentations.
• Maintain discipline and encourage a positive learning environment.
• Academic Documentation
• Maintain attendance registers, lesson plan registers, and academic records.
• Prepare internal marks reports and submit to the examination department.
• Maintain files for AICTE / SBTE / University compliance.
• Institutional Responsibilities
• Participate in academic meetings, seminars, workshops, and training programs.
• Assist in admission activities, examination duties, and institutional events.
• Support departmental development activities and accreditation processes (NBA / NAAC if applicable).
• Administrative Support
• Coordinate with HOD and administration for smooth academic operations.
• Assist in maintaining departmental records and documentation.

Qualification Requirements

• For Polytechnic / Engineering: B.Tech / M.Tech in relevant discipline.
• For Management / Computer Courses: MBA / MCA / M.Tech / Relevant PG Degree.
• Freshers or experienced candidates may apply as per institutional norms.

Skills Required

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Subject knowledge and teaching ability.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Online Teaching Tools).
• Ability to mentor and motivate students.

Reporting To

Head of Department (HOD) / Academic Coordinator / Director.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,810.20 - ₹48,871.86 per month
