Full job description
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in electronic repair and diagnostics in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and dynamic team of professionals.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our electronic equipment and test benches. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and quality assurance, to diagnose and resolve technical issues, maintain equipment, and support continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll also play a critical role in upholding safety standards and driving innovation in our repair processes.
You’ll specifically take care of diagnosing and troubleshooting electronic equipment issues, but also maintaining records, managing spare parts inventory, and driving process improvements.
We’ll look to you for:
-
Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with electronic equipment, including parts replacement, rewiring, and recalibrating.
-
Maintaining accurate records of all repairs and services performed on equipment.
-
Reworking electronic components, including hand soldering, dip soldering, and de-soldering during repairs of BGA, DIP, and other components.
-
Developing and maintaining an inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment for effective repairs and services.
-
Ensuring the safety of equipment and personnel involved in repair and maintenance tasks.
-
Identifying root causes of tester failures and procuring the correct configuration parts, such as NI chassis, I/O cards, and power supplies.
-
Driving change management processes for electronic products, including implementing corrective and preventive actions.
-
Proposing improvements for test benches and test strategies to enable faster and smarter debugging and root cause analysis.
-
Maintaining and updating equipment maintenance and calibration systems in line with ISO requirements.
-
Leading critical failure analyses and creating 8D reports for quality improvement.
-
Promoting and ensuring compliance with safety and quality policies, including EHS protocols.
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

-
Experience in special processes like chip-level component soldering and circuit-level analysis.
-
Knowledge of circuit reading, soldering equipment, and BGA machine operations.
-
Understanding of technical test architecture, including PXI, instrumentation, GPIB, Ethernet, and communication protocols like UART, SPI, I2C, and USB.
-
Familiarity with NI chassis, frequency generators, power supplies, oscilloscopes, and DMMs.
-
Experience with ERP systems, test environments (e.g., Test Stand, Gemini, Derby), and manufacturing supervision tools.
-
Certification in IPC 7711/7721 or IPC A 610G (preferred).

Proficiency in English and Hindi.
-
Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
