Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Executive to ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of healthcare equipment. The candidate will be responsible for implementing quality assurance processes, conducting inspections, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections of healthcare equipment and accessories.
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, inspection reports, and records.
- Coordinate equipment calibration and validation activities.
- Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor non-conforming products and ensure timely resolution.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Work closely with production, engineering, procurement, and service teams to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the healthcare equipment or medical device industry.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, CAPA, and quality management systems.
- Familiarity with calibration, validation, and inspection processes.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
