Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, report, and coordinate the activities of the service/PDI team with management, including technicians, painters, and support staff.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
• Oversee the workflow to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all activities are met or exceed industry standards.
• Monitoring and inspection of completed work to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
• Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate estimates.
• Communicate repair progress and any changes in a clear and timely manner.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
• Hire, train, and develop body shop staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.

Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in automobile industry preferred.

Education: Degree/ diploma or equivalent; advanced training or certification in auto body repair/Warehousing preferred.

• PDI/ Dealership : 3 years (Preferred)

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
