Join us as a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer and become the technical expert who ensures our supply chain delivers excellence. You'll lead quality operations, solve complex supplier challenges, and drive measurable improvements that impact our customers.
What will you do?
- Oversee supplier quality operations and verify that materials and components meet stringent quality standards
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions with suppliers to eliminate defects and prevent recurrence
- Track and act on supplier quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive performance
- Provide technical coaching and guidance to team members on complex quality challenges
What are the key skills we are looking for?
- Analytical Thinking — intermediate level; evaluating supplier data to identify root causes and trends
- Supplier Quality Management — intermediate level; ensuring purchased parts meet specifications and standards
- Production Part Approval Process — intermediate level; validating supplier readiness and part conformance
- Ethical Integrity — intermediate level; maintaining compliance and transparency in supplier relationships
- Auditing — developing level; conducting supplier assessments to verify quality systems
