About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Lab Technician to join our Koramangala laboratory. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about laboratory sciences and eager to build their career in diagnostics. You will work alongside experienced laboratory professionals to ensure accurate testing, smooth laboratory operations, and timely report delivery.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine diagnostic testing across Biochemistry, Clinical Pathology, and Hematology.
• Handle sample accessioning, processing, centrifugation, and preparation as per laboratory protocols.
• Operate laboratory instruments and ensure proper handling of equipment during daily operations.
• Carry out Internal Quality Control (IQC) procedures and report any discrepancies to senior team members.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient samples and test results using the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the laboratory while following infection control practices.
• Assist in stock monitoring of laboratory consumables and reagents.
• Work closely with senior technicians and pathologists to ensure timely report generation and high-quality patient care.

What We're Looking For

• DMLT, BMLT, B.Sc. MLT, or an equivalent qualification in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• 0–2 years of experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory. Freshers with internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of laboratory procedures, sample handling, and quality practices.
• Familiarity with automated analyzers and laboratory software will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
