Data Analytics Manager – HR Analytics

Role Summary

We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager – HR Analytics to lead the development of

people analytics and workforce insights across the organization. This role will partner closely

with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to provide data-driven insights

that support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with HR data, and

the ability to translate complex information into meaningful business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering key workforce metrics, including:

  • Headcount

  • Attrition

  • Hiring and recruitment performance

  • Diversity metrics

  • Employee engagement

  • Internal mobility

  • Workforce costs

  • Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to support business and HR

decision-making.

  • Produce regular and ad hoc reports for leadership teams.

Workforce Planning & Insights

  • Support workforce planning, budgeting, and organizational reviews through data analysis.

  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to talent acquisition, retention, and

workforce effectiveness.

  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve organizational performance and employee

outcomes.

Data Management & Governance

  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across systems.

  • Partner with HRIS, Technology, and Finance teams to improve data quality and reporting

processes.

  • Maintain data governance standards and ensure confidentiality of employee information.

Dashboarding & Automation

  • Build and enhance self-service dashboards and reporting solutions.

  • Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.

  • Leverage analytics tools and emerging technologies to strengthen reporting capabilities.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, Finance, and business stakeholders to

understand reporting and analytics requirements.

  • Present findings and insights in a clear and meaningful way to support decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Human

Resources, or a related field.

  • 5–8 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, Business

Intelligence, or a related analytics role.

  • Experience working with large and complex datasets.

  • Experience in a global organization is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in:

  • Power BI or Tableau

  • Advanced Excel

  • SQL

  • Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or

similar platforms.

  • Knowledge of workforce analytics and reporting methodologies.

  • Experience with Python, AI-enabled analytics tools, or predictive analytics is an advantage.
