We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hospital Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hospital and ensure smooth functioning across departments. The candidate will be responsible for managing hospital administration, staff coordination, patient service quality, operational efficiency, and overall compliance with hospital policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the hospital and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
• Manage administrative activities including staffing coordination, duty rosters, vendor coordination, and facility management.
• Ensure high standards of patient care, service quality, and patient satisfaction across the hospital.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, front office, billing, and support departments for seamless hospital operations.
• Monitor hospital performance, occupancy, patient flow, and operational efficiency.
• Handle patient complaints, escalations, and service-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, safety norms, and internal protocols.
• Supervise billing, admissions, discharge processes, and general administrative documentation.
• Manage inventory, medical supplies, and support services to avoid operational disruptions.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management regarding hospital performance and issues.

• Hospital Operations Management – Ability to manage daily hospital administration and coordinate multiple departments efficiently.
• Team Leadership & Staff Coordination – Strong capability to handle hospital staff, duty allocation, and interdepartmental coordination.
• Patient Relationship Management – Ability to ensure patient satisfaction and resolve concerns effectively.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Quick and practical approach to handling operational issues and emergencies.
• Communication & Administrative Skills – Strong communication, reporting, documentation, and coordination skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in hospital administration / hospital operations / healthcare management preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
