Driving Instructor jobs

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Driving Instructor to provide professional driving training to learners and help them develop safe, confident, and responsible driving skills in accordance with Maruti Suzuki Driving School standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct practical driving training sessions for learners.
• Provide basic and advanced driving instruction based on the learner’s skill level.
• Explain traffic rules, road safety practices, defensive driving techniques, and vehicle controls.
• Assess learners’ driving skills and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Ensure learners follow safe driving practices throughout the training sessions.
• Conduct pre-driving checks and ensure the training vehicle is maintained in a safe and clean condition.
• Maintain proper records of training sessions, learner progress, and assessments.
• Handle learners professionally and create a positive learning environment.
• Support learners in preparing for driving licence tests, where applicable.
• Follow all operational, safety, and training guidelines of the Maruti Suzuki Driving School.
• Report any vehicle, safety, or learner-related concerns to the concerned authority.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Driving Licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience.
• Prior experience as a Driving Instructor / Trainer will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of traffic rules and road safety.
• Ability to communicate clearly and patiently with learners.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
