A renowned company engaged in Structural Steel Fabrication, and Manufacturing of DUCT for the last two decades having manufacturing facilities in Haryana, Gujarat, Karnataka, Telanngana and Chhatisgarh, is urgently Looking for EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to assist the Director of the Company in day-to-day business activities, operations, Liaison and coordination.

Job Description:

• Assist the Director in day-to-day business operations.
• Coordination with HODs, Plant Heads and senior Management .
• Monitoring progress of work and other requirements at different Plants, and apprise the Director about any problem/hindrances in smooth business operation.
• Dealing with various vendors, suppliers, travel agents & other stake holders.
• Coordination with internal team members viz. Sales, Procurement, Stores, Production Dispatch and Accounts.
• Liaison with various authorities, agencies, local administration and Government departments.
• Noting, Drafting, Independent Correspondence.
• Banking and Online payment through NEFT, RTGS, etc.
• Office Management and handling other administrative responsibilities.
• Tour & Travel arrangements including Hotel Booking and ticketing
• Timely payment of Credit Card, Electricity, Telephone Bills, etc.
• Any additional duties as assigned by the Directors.

Qualification

• Graduate/Post Graduate

Experience

• Having 8-12 years of experience of working with Top/Senior Management in a Manufacturing Company.
• Having advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel

• Good multi-tasking ability
• Problem-solving skills within strategic framework

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
