Job Purpose:

• To manage tickets and hotel reservations for employees and guests in coordination with travel agents and direct.
• Oversee all aspects of travel operations, including getting quotations, visa requirements, making hotel reservations, issuing tickets, and processing invoices.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinate with travel agents to issue tickets and manage hotel reservations efficiently.
• Provide information regarding ticket costs, availability, and additional details.
• Assist in creating and modifying tickets, such as changes in travel date, cancellations, seating and meal preferences, and other special requests.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, passenger information, and all ticketing-related documentation.
• Verify Local Purchase Orders (LPO) against the tickets issued and ensure timely payment processing.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform other duties as and when assigned

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
