Full job description
We are looking for a qualified and responsible Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join Our Family Clinic in Cherai. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality medical care to patients, managing outpatient consultations, handling basic medical procedures, and coordinating with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine, diagnose, and treat patients visiting the clinic.
- Provide appropriate prescriptions and treatment plans.
- Handle outpatient consultations and follow-up cases.
- Manage emergency and basic medical cases within the clinic.
- Perform and assist with minor medical procedures when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.
- Coordinate with nurses, pharmacists, laboratory staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure proper patient care and follow established clinical protocols.
- Educate patients regarding medications, treatment, and preventive healthcare.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times.
Requirements
- MBBS qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid TCMC registration is mandatory.
- Good clinical knowledge and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy clinical environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous clinical experience will be an added advantage.
