The ideal candidate will be a well-trained MBA graduate with a techno-commercial, Sales / BD professional mindset, with an aggressive yet pleasant attitude, a leader in making who will inspire and be willing to meet different and new people and keen to travel/commute & achieve the set goals and targets.


CTC
– 5.0 LPA Fixed - 7.2 LPA + 1.2 LPA Target Linked incentives + 0.6 LPA Retention Bonus

Job Role


  • Research on business opportunities, identify sales points, and develop strategic plans and sales strategies.

  • Coordinating with the Manager, creating strategic and innovative plans to drive business.

  • Responsible for creating new opportunities consistently & meeting opportunity goals.

  • Introduce company services to new prospects/clients through networking, cold calls, referrals, presentations & sales campaigns.

  • Presentations to the top-level personnel, negotiations & necessary dealing with prospective customers.

  • Reaching out to the SI / Dealers / Distributors to create new channel Partners.

  • Maintaining relationships with existing dealers/system integrators (SI) through periodic calls, Presales Support – client visits & product demonstration, credentials pitch, solution pitch, Bidding assistance, BOQ / BOM assistance, and Escalation resolution.

  • End to End sales cycle management from appointments with clients, client visits & product demonstration

  • Ensure effective sales process management - lead generation, credentials pitch, solution pitch, a rigorous follow-up to achieve the favourable closure and conversion of the lead & finally handover to the account management team.

  • Enhancing the dealer network & sales through them, through new dealers’ appointments, cross-selling, sales campaigns etc.

  • Manage and maintain accurate and accessible tailored documentation i.e. Presentations/proposals to meet client’s needs.

  • Developing, maintaining and maturing the sales pipeline by rigorously driving the lead cycle.


Requirements


Required Skills


  • Freshers can apply; prior experience will be appreciated.

  • Passion for sales and strong technical inclination to understand software products.

  • Technical Education Background – MBA with BCA / B.Sc. Computers or IT / MCA / BE – EC / CS as under graduation would be given preference.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills

  • Ability to understand Client's needs and offer the right solutions.
