As a Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned marketplace accounts while acting as a trusted partner to your clients. You will own account execution, participate in client meetings, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

This role requires excellent marketplace knowledge, strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Operations

• Manage end-to-end operations for assigned marketplace accounts across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, ensuring compliance with marketplace guidelines.
• Monitor catalog health, inventory, Buy Box performance, account health, pricing, and customer experience metrics.
• Coordinate product launches, catalog updates, promotions, and marketplace initiatives.
• Resolve listing, catalog, inventory, and account-related issues through marketplace support.

Client Management

• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients.
• Participate in weekly and monthly client review calls to discuss business performance, priorities, and action plans.
• Prepare agendas, performance reports, and follow-up action items for client meetings.
• Build strong relationships through proactive communication and timely execution.
• Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable marketplace strategies.
• Ensure client queries and requests are addressed promptly and professionally.

Business Growth

• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion rates, advertising performance, and marketplace KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Recommend strategies for assortment expansion, promotions, pricing, and catalog optimization.
• Support key marketplace events such as Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Walmart Deal Events, and other seasonal campaigns.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with Retail Media (PPC), Content, Creative, and Operations teams to deliver seamless execution.
• Coordinate internal deliverables to ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.
• Escalate risks proactively and drive timely resolution.

Operational Excellence

• Follow Ecommercewala's SOPs, quality standards, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of account activities and marketplace changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and standardization.
• Ensure all assigned work is completed within SLA and quality expectations.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of experience managing Amazon, Walmart or other e-commerce marketplace accounts.
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace operations.
• Experience managing Walmart Marketplace and Shopify is preferred.
• Understanding of catalog management, inventory planning, promotions, and marketplace compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience conducting client calls and presenting business performance confidently.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Experience working in an e-commerce agency is highly preferred.
• Exposure to Amazon Advertising, Helium 10, DataDive, Jungle Scout, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of marketplace analytics and reporting.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
