Business Development Associate (Male/Female)
At IESC Edutech (India) Pvt. Ltd., we're on a mission to emerge as the premier choice for stakeholders in the education sector by offering a comprehensive array of customized solutions and services under one roof. Our dedication lies in enhancing the quality of education through tailored interventions, catering to the diverse needs of our customers. To achieve this vision, we need innovative and driven individuals who can collaborate across departments to turn our goals into measurable results. Currently, we're seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team.
Objective & Kay Responsibilities –
· Develop, execute and oversee a business strategy.
· Identify & recruit good shoppes.
· Develop Shopees & maintain relationship.
· Promote the company’s products & services to prospective customers.
· Generate Leads of prospective customers.
· Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met.
· Implement a robust sales approach that not only expands our customers base but also strengthens existing relationships.
· You'll also provide guidance and training to our sales professionals & Shoppes to enhance their performance.
· Maintain positive professional relationships with shoppes & customers.
· Collaborate with multiple departments to develop and execute strategies that drive tangible outcomes for our business.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
