Job Overview

We are looking for confident, energetic, and result-oriented professionals to join our team as Admission Counselor.

In this role, you will interact directly with students and parents, understand their academic aspirations, and guide them toward suitable academic programs in the following:

• Science Programs – NEET, JEE, CET
• Commerce Programs – CA Foundation

As the first point of contact, you will play a critical role in helping students make informed academic decisions while contributing to admissions growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students and parents regarding academic programs, career pathways, and admission processes
• Handle student inquiries through calls, walk-ins, follow-ups, and marketing-generated leads
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic programs
• Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents through consistent communication
• Conduct regular follow-ups to support and complete the admission process
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
• Maintain accurate records and student information through CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students
• Deliver a professional and positive counseling experience throughout the admission journey

Candidate Profile Preferred Experience:

1–3 years of experience in:

• Admission Counseling
• Student Counseling
• Business Development
• Sales / Relationship Management
• Educational Counseling

Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills and strong learning ability may also be considered.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Confidence in interacting with students and parents

Compensation & Career Growth
