Universal EV India Pvt. Ltd. is part of Universal Green Group, a US-based company supporting electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure across the United States is a fast-growing EV infrastructure company supporting EV Chargers installations all over the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the process of collecting W-9 forms from site owners - Vendors, verifying ownership, and processing quarterly revenue share payments after doing proper revenue calculations and rechecking the ownership and owner's details. Ensure payments go to the correct legal owner with proper documentation and audit trail. If the ownership has changed, update the records and do the needful.
• Conduct annual audit of all active sites for ownership matches and missing documents.
• Manage returned mails and trigger reviews.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up with US customers and vendors regarding W-9 documentation, ownership verification, and payment-related queries. Maintain accurate records in Excel and ensure all required documentation is received.
• Help other departments with miscellaneous work. Support other departments with administrative and operational tasks as required.
• Call the leads to verify whether the contact number provided is correct and active.

Skills:

• Excellent Communication skills. Very fluent spoken English.
• Experience in customer and vendor management.
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good at MS Office - Specially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and able to do excellent data management.

Job Type: Full-Time - work from home
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (IST)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
